Description

We are seeking a talented and results-driven Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role will play a key part in the development and execution of marketing strategies that promote our brand, support client goals, and drive business growth. You will collaborate closely with our creative, strategy, and analytics teams to ensure alignment and effectiveness across all marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and monitor marketing campaigns across various channels
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
  • Coordinate the creation of marketing materials and ensure brand consistency
  • Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports with actionable insights
  • Support product launches and promotional events
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing strategies with business goals
  • Manage budgets and timelines for marketing projects
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data and trends
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic knowledge of design or analytics tools (e.g., Canva, Google Analytics, Excel)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
