Technical Marketing Specialist

Project-Based / Part-Time / Onsite (San Antonio)

About the Role
We're seeking a sharp, strategic, and technically fluent Marketing Specialist to support and scale marketing efforts for a fast-growing professional services firm at the center of critical infrastructure- data centers, critical systems, and high-performance buildings.

This is a project-based, part-time opportunity ideal for a talented marketing leader who thrives in shaping strategy, executing targeted campaigns, and delivering measurable impact without the demands of a full-time role. What You'll Do (Project Scope)
You'll lead targeted marketing initiatives with a focus on strategy, execution, and results, including:

  • Brand Positioning & Thought Leadership - Build visibility through case studies, white papers, webinars, and conference engagements that showcase our expertise, project successes, and industry thought leadership.
  • Demand Generation - Run campaigns that engage enterprise, hyperscale, and public sector clients through digital, ABM, SEO/SEM, and targeted outreach.
  • Messaging & Content Strategy - Develop materials that resonate with technical stakeholders (engineers, facilities teams) and business decision-makers (C-suite, IT leaders).
  • Go-to-Market Support - Partner with Sales and Operations to shape offerings and align marketing efforts with business priorities.
  • Analytics & ROI Tracking - Use data to refine strategy, measure results, and report progress.

What You Bring
  • 8+ years of B2B marketing (experience in engineering, data centers, commissioning, or adjacent technical services preferred)
  • Proven success leading digital campaigns, content programs, and channel/partner strategies
  • Strong storytelling ability-able to simplify complex technical topics for diverse audiences
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including sales, technical staff, and executives
  • Data-driven mindset with comfort in marketing KPIs, CRM systems, and performance tools
