Adobe Customer Journey Analytics 6+Years

Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) 6+ Years

Adobe Experience Cloud 6+ Years

SQL 4+ Years

Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage the data integration process from Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) to Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA)
• Analyze large datasets within CJA to derive actionable insights.
• Assist with validating pre- and post-production analytics, tagging, and data integrity. Maximize technology platforms to aggregate multiple digital data sources and provide cross-platform insights - primarily Adobe Analytics.
• Utilize SQL for complex data querying, manipulation, and analysis.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity throughout the transfer and analysis process.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver tailored analytics solutions.
• Implement best practices for data governance and compliance within the Adobe ecosystem.
• Stay updated with the latest features and updates in AEP and CJA, leveraging these for continuous improvement of data processes.
• Provide technical support and training to team members and stakeholders on data analytics best practices.
• Document all processes, configurations, and changes within the data analytics framework.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Proven experience with Adobe Experience Platform and Customer Journey Analytics.
• Strong proficiency in SQL for complex data querying and analysis.
• Solid understanding of data integration, management, and analytics principles.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Preferred Skills:
• Experience with other Adobe Experience Cloud tools.
• Knowledge of additional programming languages such as Python or JavaScript.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools and techniques

Certification Preference:
• Adobe Real-Time Customer Data Platform Expert and Adobe Analytics Developer Expert/Master
• Good to certificated as Adobe Customer Journey Analytics Developer Expert
