  • Shift Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Days Varies

  • Weekend Work: No

  • On Call: No

  • Home visits in assigned service area: Largo, St Petersburg, Pinellas Park, Seminole, and surrounding areas.

The Home Health Field, Occupational Therapist provides hands-on care in the home for a group of patients consistently using the nursing process and clinical standards and protocols. Responsibilities include :

  • Responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of all occupational modalities to patients. All duties and standards within this document will be performed according to established policies, procedures and guidelines within the department and the organization. Florida driver's license is required within 30 days of hire.

Home Health Occupational Therapist Requirements :

  • Bachelors Occupational Therapy

  • Occupational Therapist State of Florida License

  • 1 Year Occupational Therapy experience

  • Basic Life Support

  • Driver's License (Florida driver's license is required within 30 days of hire)

  • Preferred Masters Occupational Therapy

  • Preferred 1 year Home Care experience
