An organization is seeking a bilingual Russian-English Service Coordinator to manage a caseload of 25 individuals. This role involves providing support, coordinating services, and ensuring clients receive the necessary assistance.
Responsibilities Include:
- Manage and oversee a caseload of 25 clients, ensuring they receive appropriate services.
- Communicate effectively in both Russian and English to assist clients.
- Coordinate with service providers to facilitate client support and care plans.
- Maintain accurate records and document client interactions.
- Advocate for clients and address any concerns or challenges they may face.
- Fluent in Russian and English (spoken and written).
- Experience in case management, social work, or client services preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage responsibilities independently.
- Compassionate, patient, and committed to helping others.
Salary: $50k - $60k/Year + Bonuses
