As an OB/GYN hospitalist with us, you will deliver comprehensive obstetric care and emergent gynecological services, focusing on the health and well-being of women throughout their adult lives. Your role will involve preventing, diagnosing, and treating conditions specific to women's health, including breast and cervical cancers, urinary tract and pelvic disorders, and hormonal imbalances. Additionally, you will support women during their pregnancies in a hospital setting.

Position Highlights:

  • Deliver hospital-based obstetric and emergent gynecological care.
  • Engage in regional OBGYN team rotations, fulfilling hospital-based duties.
  • Round on inpatient obstetric patients, manage scheduled labor inductions, and perform planned C-sections.
  • Admit and manage labor for patients assigned to the regional Kelsey provider group.
  • Commit to 24-hour shifts, averaging 7 shifts per month, encompassing weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

Required Qualifications:

  • Graduation from an accredited medical school, residency, or fellowship program is required upon hire.
  • Licensed to practice in the State of Texas.
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible.

*Candidates must have completed residency and be actively practicing or in residency when applying.

Our competitive compensation for this specialty typically ranges from $278,500 to $484,500, including base pay and bonuses. This is based on multiple factors like local labor markets, education, experience, and performance.
