Position Highlights:

• Call Schedule: One weekday shift per week and one weekend shift per month (subject to change based on business need).
• Mentorship & Growth: Receive direct supervision and mentorship from experienced physicians, ideal for early-career practitioners. PGY-3 residents are also eligible for a paid mentorship opportunity.
• All surgical procedures conducted with experienced physician support, ensuring collaboration and assistance throughout.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive women's health services including office visits, deliveries, and surgical procedures.
• Perform a full range of GYN procedures, including minimally invasive and robotic-assisted surgeries.
• Collaborate with specialists in GYN-Oncology, Perinatology, and NICU for coordinated care.

Required Qualifications:

• Unrestricted licensure in New York or currently in the New York application process.
• Board Certification or board eligibility in OB/GYN.
• Active and unrestricted DEA License or ability to obtain prior to start.

Compensation for this role typically ranges from $278,500 to $484,500 and incorporates both base pay and bonuses, influenced by factors like local market conditions, education, and experience, with potential for increases over time based on performance. Full benefits including compensation packages are available upon meeting eligibility requirements.
