Position Responsibilities
Process vendor invoices to ensure all outstanding balances are approved and paid promptly.
Maintain invoice reporting, discover anomalies, and collaborate with internal departments to resolve any discrepancies.
Communicate effectively and professionally with vendors and business partners via phone and email.
Minimum Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred.
Previous experience in accounts payable or billing is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated individuals.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Oracle is a plus.
Reliable, dedicated, and possess excellent attention to detail.
