Senior Accounts Payable Consultant

Key Responsibilities
Process and verify invoices to ensure they are accurate, properly approved, and paid promptly.
Support the audit process by reviewing Accounts Payable procedures for efficiencies and offering audit responses.
Analyze vendor trends to detect recurring discrepancies and collaborate with internal teams for resolution.
Investigate unusual invoice activities and escalate complex issues while providing clear recommendations.
Mentor Accounts Payable Specialists and assist management with special projects and analytical tasks.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred in Finance, Accounting, or Business.
Relevant work experience; prior Accounts Payable experience is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Oracle is advantageous.
Reliable and detail-oriented with a strong commitment to excellence.
