Key Responsibilities

  • Perform and lead framing, finish carpentry, and other trade tasks on residential and light commercial projects
  • Operate and maintain construction equipment, including skid steers and excavators
  • Load, secure, and tow equipment trailers to job sites
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Assist in mentoring junior crew members and maintaining jobsite efficiency
  • Read and interpret blueprints and project plans
  • Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet deadlines and uphold quality standards
Qualifications
  • 5-7+ years of hands-on construction experience (residential or light commercial preferred)
  • Strong carpentry skills and attention to finish detail
  • Experience operating skid steers, excavators, and pulling trailers
  • Mechanical knowledge is a plus
  • OSHA 10 or 30 certification is a plus
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred
  • Must be dependable, self-motivated, and team-oriented
  • A background check and drug screening will be completed as part of the onboarding process, in compliance with applicable laws

Schedule
  • Monday-Friday, Full-Time
  • Occasional weekend work may be required based on project timelines
Location
  • Columbus, IN
  • Work is primarily onsite at local residential and commercial builds
  • Minimal travel required
