Your responsibilities include achieving exceptional customer service and consistently meeting the store’s sales objectives.
This position involves interaction with customers of all ages and includes access to cash, various payment methods, and store merchandise. Therefore, a review of criminal history is required to safeguard the safety of our customers, staff, and the broader community.

- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
- Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products.
- Build productive relationships with wholesale customers.
- Process sales transactions accurately according to policies.
- Achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
- Maintain accurate work order files and formulas.
- Pull products from the sales floor or warehouse as needed.
- Tint and mix products to meet customer specifications.
- Stock shelves and set up displays effectively.
- Clean store equipment regularly.
- Load/unload delivery trucks and assist with deliveries as needed.
- Maintain assigned areas in a presentable condition.
- Stay knowledgeable about products and available options.
- Adhere to inventory control procedures.
- Suggest ways to enhance sales.
Minimum Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Authorized to work in the country without sponsorship.
- Hold a valid, unrestricted driver's license.
- Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. frequently and 70 lbs. on occasion.
- Willing to work scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends.
Preferred Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED.
- Experience in delivery, retail, or customer service (1+ years).
- Prior experience selling paint and related products.
- Experience operating tinting and mixing equipment.
- Ability to communicate in more than one language (preferably Spanish).
