Key Responsibilities
Perform plumbing installations, maintenance, and repairs for residential and commercial clients.
Review and interpret blueprints, ensuring compliance with building codes.
Inspect plumbing systems, diagnose issues, and deliver effective solutions.
Prepare and present customer estimates, leveraging sales skills to secure new work.
Follow Bayshore's proven sales process to drive revenue and build lasting client relationships.
Maintain company tools, equipment, and uniforms in proper condition.
Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while upholding service standards.
Deliver excellent customer service, addressing client needs in a professional, approachable manner.

Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of plumbing experience (service plumbing experience preferred).
Strong ability to sell services, prepare estimates, and close sales.
Excellent communication skills - confident, likable, and customer-focused.
Experience in field service or similar roles preferred.
Proficient in reading schematics, blueprints, and technical specifications.
Physically capable of lifting, bending, and using power tools as required.
Valid driver's license and ability to commute to Redwood City, CA.
