Insight Global is hiring for a Data Analyst to sit onsite for a large, telecommunication company. This data analyst will be joining a team of roughly 5 individuals and part of their Customer Operations organization. This team is responsible for subsidized rural build/ state & federal grants pertaining to an estimated 6 year initiative to expand their footprint or services in rural areas. This initiative has been estimated to activate or add 1.1 million customers to the company. This data analyst will be responsible for working with various groups and stakeholders, extracting their data from multiple sources, identifying any gaps or discrepancies, then being able to report their findings. This data will be pertaining to which customers services have been activated or still need to be done. On a day-to-day basis, this data analyst will spend 85% of their time within data analysis: data manipulation, organizing data, extracting data from the various data sources and creating reports on it within Excel or Tableau and the other 15% meeting with stakeholders to understand their data and able to ensure all their data is centralized so all groups can access it.

Ability to extract and compare data from various sources
Data manipulation
Organize data
Understand/breakdown data
Strong experience with reporting using Excel, Tableau, or Macros
Familiarity using PowerPoint
Good communication & personality
Partaking in stakeholder and team meetings
Detail-oriented
Bachelor's Degree
