Responsibilities

  • Conduct audits of the production line to ensure compliance with standards.

  • Measure production outputs to verify compliance with quality requirements.

  • Collaborate with engineering teams to address product issues and assign cases.

  • Send professional emails across teams and input measurement data into Excel.

  • Document and address any issues that do not meet quality standards promptly.

  • Create or update documentation as necessary.

  • Identify and lead efforts to improve manufacturing processes.

  • Collaborate with engineering to test and inspect products.

  • Evaluate and process Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) documentation.

Essential Skills

  • 1-2 years of related Quality or Manufacturing experience.

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

  • Proficiency in using standard measurement tools such as micrometers, gauges, and calipers.

  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bartlett, IL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
