  • Develop a strong understanding of client products and services to deliver high-value solutions
  • Meet and exceed sales goals on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
  • Capture and manage customer information to build robust client profiles

  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and skill-building workshops
  • Share insights and strategies with peers to improve overall performance
  • Identify new business opportunities through proactive outreach and networking
  • Maintain relationships with both prospective and current customers
  • Report field feedback and trends to help refine sales strategies
What We're Looking For
  • 1+ year of experience in sales, customer service, or business development (preferred)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Motivated, self-starting, and comfortable working independently or as part of a team
