Job Description

gpac, a recruitment company with more than 30 years of experience, is excited to partner with a well-established company in the Commercial Construction industry to find a Project Manager. This is an amazing opportunity for a candidate that is looking to take on new challenges, pivot their career, or grow professionally.

The successful Project Manager will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the Commercial Construction field and be responsible for collaborating with stakeholders, coordinating multiple projects, and overseeing budgets. The Project Manager will also be responsible for evaluating existing processes, recommending improvements, and creating/implementing solutions.

Essential job functions of the Project Manager include:
-Creating and managing project plans, budgets and timelines
-Establishing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders
-Developing strategies to improve the customer experience
-Collaborating with teams to coordinate and develop processes
-Making presentations to senior managers to present solutions
-Evaluating processes, identifying potential solutions and implementing improvements

The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to lead projects and teams, and the ability to think outside the box and come up with creative solutions.
