Role Overview
We are in search of a highly organized and proactive Senior Executive Assistant (EA) to provide essential administrative support to our Founders. The right candidate will have a knack for anticipating needs, managing complex schedules, and maintaining professional communication with stakeholders both within and outside the organization.
This role requires discretion and the ability to handle sensitive information with integrity. You will be the first point of contact for the executives and must work independently, demonstrating sound judgment and initiative.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and executive travel arrangements, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
- Collaborate with senior executives to strategically shape meeting agendas and ensure effective meeting flows.
- Create and organize reports and presentations utilizing Excel, PowerPoint, and other internal tools.
- Anticipate executive needs and consider the broader context in all actions.
- Prepare and manage expense reports efficiently.
- Handle company mail, including scanning, filing, and managing action items.
Your Experience
- Over 3 years of administrative support experience in a dynamic professional environment (experience in tech, private equity, investment banking, or professional services preferred).
- Exceptional attention to detail with outstanding organizational skills.
- A proactive and flexible approach to tasks with a strong sense of urgency.
- The ability to work professionally under pressure while juggling multiple projects and deadlines.
- Proficiency in GSuite, Slack, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to occasionally work after hours as needed.
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Must be authorized to work in the US.
