Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Electrical Estimator to support our clients' estimating department.

Schedule - 7:30a-4p
Pay- $25 DOE

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide estimating support to the electrical estimating team.
  • Utilize Accubid software to input data, generate take-offs, and assist with preparing bid proposals.
  • Organize, maintain, and track project documentation, including drawings, bid documents, and contracts.
  • Assist in preparing cost estimates, budgets, and bid summaries.
  • Conduct quantity take-offs and ensure accuracy in calculations and pricing.
  • Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors for quotes and pricing information.
  • Manage project files, schedules, and deadlines to ensure timely completion of bids.
  • Support the team with reporting, spreadsheets, and data entry related to estimating and project management.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned to ensure smooth department operations.
Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of administrative experience in the construction or electrical industry (preferred).
  • Proficiency in Accubid estimating software is required.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with team members, vendors, and clients.
  • Knowledge of electrical construction terminology and processes is a plus.
