As a QA Lead, you will drive quality assurance efforts across our various product lines and engineering teams. Your role will encompass every stage of the feature lifecycle, from initial requirements to final release.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and enhance QA processes for the team.
  • Coordinate QA activities across both onshore and offshore engineering teams.
  • Develop and implement methods for software inspection, testing, and evaluation.
  • Compile reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing relevant data.
  • Identify bugs in software through both automated and manual testing.
  • Persistently seek the root cause of bugs or issues discovered.
  • Assist the customer support team in diagnosing customer-related issues as required.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify bugs and develop effective solutions.
  • Document and report issues clearly within our bug tracking system.

Qualifications:

  • At least 7 years of relevant experience.
  • A strong passion for developing high-quality software that safeguards private data.
  • Experience in discovering bugs in your own code using automated tests you have designed.
  • Proficient in creating server-side APIs in Python or Node.js and building dynamic front-ends using modern frameworks like Vue.js or similar.
  • Fundamental understanding of continuous integration tools and methods (Jenkins, CircleCI, TeamCity, etc.).
  • Solid knowledge of programming principles and development methodologies.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities with a zest for learning and adapting to new challenges.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on clear and concise written communication.
