Role Summary

We're seeking a rockstar Product Designer who will work closely with leadership to shape the user experience, design system, and overall look and feel of our platform. You'll be responsible for architecting broker and consumer workflows, which result in stunning designs that solve complex problems. You'll collaborate with Engineering and Value Creation where you'll be at the forefront of AI agents, tackling unique challenges associated with scaling and deploying AI applications for the insurance industry.
Key Responsibilities
  • Solve for the customer: We're building for brokers and their clients and each have a unique set of needs and product challenges.
  • Innovate: AI represents a new frontier for insurance brokers and we will consistently discover new tools and use cases for our partners.
  • End-to-End Ownership: Drive the entire design process from ideation to initial concept to execution to iteration, in close partnership with leadership.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Partner closely Engineering and Value Creation to develop a design system and reinforce product consistency.
  • Gather Feedback: Get your hand dirty with broker feedback and usability testing to validate ideas, identify friction points, and guide iteration.
  • Build Design Systems: Develop and maintain a scalable design system that ensures consistency and efficiency across all products and platforms.
What you bring and who you are
  • 6+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with background leading design projects from ideation to launch.
  • Proven track record full-stack design - you should be fluent in creating beautiful, high-quality designs
  • Extensive comfort working end-to-end from shaping product direction to defining the right interactions and ensuring every pixel is crafted with care.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and working closely with Engineering, Operations, and business leaders
  • Experience gathering customer feedback, usability testing, and translating findings into actionable design improvements.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to clearly articulate design rationale and product vision
  • Mastery of Figma, along with technical proficiency with classics like Photoshop and Illustrator
  • Experience working in regulated industries (healthcare, insurance, finance) is a plus, but not required
  • Passion for AI-driven products and a curiosity to explore new technologies and workflows
