- Process and review invoices to ensure payments are timely and accurate
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies or questions related to AP processes
- Maintain seamless workflows by supporting account feeds and financial operations
- Provide outstanding customer service for AP-related inquiries and issues
- Prepare accurate records, reports, and documentation for compliance and audits
- Leverage enterprise accounting systems (e.g., SAP) for financial transactions and reporting
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
- At least 1 year of experience in accounting, finance, or financial operations
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience with a diverse audience
- Knowledge of nonprofit financial operations, especially in higher education
- Experience with SAP or similar enterprise accounting systems
