Accounts Payable Associate

We are looking for an Accounts Payable Associate that will provide financial and clerical services, including the timely processing and monitoring of payments according to agreed-upon terms. This role requires strong data entry skills, attention to detail, multitasking abilities, and the capability to handle a high volume of work. Join a team tasked with a high volume of data entry for Accounts Payable
What to know:- Pay range up to $26/hr
- Flexible Schedule 8:00am - 4:30pm or 9:00am- 5:30pm
- Be part of a very well-known institution
- Verify and data-enter a high volume of invoices ensuring accuracy in accordance with VPF policies, procedures, and metrics
- Provide excellent service to various colleagues within and in other finance departments
- Ensuring timely issue resolution and escalating to team members/managers as necessary
- 1+ year of Accounts Payable experience (can include internships)
- Experience in processing hundreds of invoices/entries into a system
- Strong data entry experience within invoicing
- Ability to work a hybrid schedule based in Cambridge, MA
