Century Group is partnering with a client who is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting hourly pay rate of $28.00 to $33.00 per hour.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring all invoices are processed for payment in a timely and accurate manner
  • Manage credit card processing
  • Execute all Accounts Payable data entry
  • Providing documentation and explanations as required for audits
  • Assisting with general office duties and projects as needed
Requirements:
  • Experience with Microsoft Business Central is required
  • Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft 365 Office skills
  • Willing and able to occasionally work additional overtime hours when needed
Qualifications:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Outstanding problem solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with co-workers and vendors
  • Ability to pay attention to detail while working with multiple projects
  • Follows through with all tasks, assignments, and job duties in a timely manner
  • Prior experience with basic office duties in the wholesale industry is preferred.
