Century Group is partnering with a client who is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting hourly pay rate of $28.00 to $33.00 per hour.
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensuring all invoices are processed for payment in a timely and accurate manner
- Manage credit card processing
- Execute all Accounts Payable data entry
- Providing documentation and explanations as required for audits
- Assisting with general office duties and projects as needed
- Experience with Microsoft Business Central is required
- Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft 365 Office skills
- Willing and able to occasionally work additional overtime hours when needed
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Outstanding problem solving and analytical skills
- Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with co-workers and vendors
- Ability to pay attention to detail while working with multiple projects
- Follows through with all tasks, assignments, and job duties in a timely manner
- Prior experience with basic office duties in the wholesale industry is preferred.
