- Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN
- Clean malpractice history preferred
- State experience in required procedures

Description:
Established practice seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible OB/GYN to cover inpatient and outpatient services.
Must be interested in covering both inpatient and outpatient services.
Required procedures include fetal monitoring, low risk pregnancy management, and FHR interpretation.
Must perform and interpret OB ultrasounds.
Responsibilities include routine delivery (vaginal, low forceps) and decision-making for C-sections.
Involves complicated delivery cases including C-section, breech, multiple births, and abruptions.
Includes VBACs and repair of 3rd and 4th degree lacerations.
Office procedures consist of IUD placement, cystoscopy, colposcopy, cryosurgery, and LEEP.
Provides laparoscopic diagnostic procedures and minor tubal ligation, LOAs, and chromal tubation.
Operative procedures include managing ectopic pregnancy, ovary removal, cystectomy, and extensive LOAs.
Facilities include a state-of-the-art birthing center with 16 LDRP rooms and a dedicated surgical suite.
The outpatient office is in close proximity to delivery rooms.
Experienced staff are available to support both clinic and hospital settings.
The practice aims to have a total of three physicians, with additional support from APPs in the future.
Average number of patients seen per day will align with physician comfort level.
The practice comprises 40-50% low-risk pregnancies and 50-60% high-risk pregnancies.
30% of patients may require C-section delivery.
Average number of GYN surgeries per day will depend on the physician.
Average nursery admissions range from 0-3 per day.
Documentation will be conducted using a comprehensive EMR system.
