Vale Group has partnered with a client based in Camphill, PA, who is actively searching for an experienced Senior Auditor to work onsite for an opportunity paying between $80,000 and $100,000 annually, depending on experience. This individual will play a key role in leading audit engagements, reviewing financial data, and supporting client-facing initiatives for a regional public accounting team. Strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to guide staff are essential for this position.

Requirements of the Senior Auditor:
• 2-5 years of public accounting audit experience in NFP and Government work
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related discipline
• CPA license or active progress toward certification
• Strong understanding of GAAP and audit methodologies
• Experience with engagement software or audit tools
• Lead audit assignments and ensure timely project completion
• Prepare and review financial statements and related documentation
• Evaluate internal controls and identify areas for process enhancements
• Collaborate with clients to clarify audit findings and address inquiries
• Mentor junior staff on audit procedures and best practices

Responsibilities of the Senior Auditor:
• Manage daily audit activities across multiple client engagements
• Conduct detailed testing and perform risk assessments
• Review workpapers and ensure adherence to professional standards
• Communicate audit outcomes and recommendations to management
• Assist with planning, scheduling, and workflow coordination
• Support as needed
