As a Detail Specialist, you will play a crucial role in making sure our customers leave satisfied with their clean vehicles. You’ll get hands-on experience as you clean both the interior and exterior of cars, drive vehicles in and out of the wash area, and assist customers throughout their visit.
Compensation: Competitive pay with an average of $18 per hour, and top earners can make over $22 per hour through cash tips

Desired Qualifications:
- Valid driver’s license.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to perform tasks safely and effectively.
Main Responsibilities:
- Thoroughly clean customer vehicles based on selected wash packages.
- Greet and assist customers, guiding them to ensure a pleasant experience.
- Safely drive and manage vehicles during the washing process.
- Maintain a clean and organized environment, including outdoor areas.
- Perform various cleaning and maintenance tasks as needed.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety procedures.
Physical Requirements:
- Work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Perform tasks requiring extended standing and physical effort.
- Capable of understanding and addressing safety alarms and sounds.
- Fluency in English for effective communication with team members and customers.
- Regular attendance and punctuality are essential.
