The Detailer will work collaboratively with our team to provide exceptional service, ensuring that every vehicle is cleaned to the highest standard and that every customer leaves satisfied with their experience.

Compensation: Competitive pay with daily cash tips, averaging $18 per hour. Our top earners exceed $20 per hour

Schedule: Opportunities for mid-week daytime and evening shifts as well as weekends, with flexible scheduling based on your availability.

Qualifications:

  • Must have a current and valid driver’s license.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor, behavior, and appearance in line with company standards.
  • Capable of performing all essential functions safely.

Responsibilities:

  • Thoroughly clean customer vehicles to high standards based on selected wash packages.
  • Greet customers enthusiastically and assist them as needed.
  • Drive vehicles safely to and from the wash conveyor.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment year-round.
  • Assist in washing and drying towels, and maintaining supplies.
  • Follow company policies and safety procedures at all times.
  • Perform additional tasks as requested by management.

Physical Requirements:

  • Environmental: Outdoor work exposure to various weather conditions.
  • Physical: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and complete tasks rapidly.
  • Vision and Hearing: Necessary to navigate the work environment and respond to customer needs.
  • Language: Must speak and understand English fluently.
  • Attendance: Regular and punctual attendance required, including possible weekends and holidays.
