Job Description:
• Seeking highly skilled Data Scientist. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting experimentation with adhoc deep-dives and investigations while also working on improving data reporting infrastructure for our performance marketing incrementality testing program. You will be supporting experiment actionability with in-depth, ad-hoc investigations,
• working with Applied Science & marketing teams to automate reporting of actionable KPI,
• utomating pre/post analyses for incrementality test results, and creating attractive and accessible data visualization to enhance experiment results.

Qualifications:
• Ph.D., M.S. or Bachelors degree in Statistics, Economics, Machine Learning, Operations Research, or other quantitative fields. )
• Knowledge of underlying mathematical foundations of statistics, machine learning, optimization, economics, and analytics.
• Strong understanding and real-world utilization of basic statistics concepts (Hypothesis testing, power, variance).
• Experience with exploratory data analysis, statistical analysis, and experimentation
• bility to use Python or R to work efficiently at scale with large data sets
• Proficiency in SQL.
• bility to use Tableau, Python, R, or Google sheets to create dashboards & data visualizations for reporting
• ble to comfortability communicate data-informed findings with less technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in experimental design and analysis (e.g., A/B and market-level experiments), as well as causal inference.
• Experience with Google Ads Data & APIs
