In this pivotal role, you'll leverage advanced analytics and experimentation to directly influence product strategy and drive company success.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting thorough analyses on user behavior, product effectiveness, and growth catalysts.
- Designing and interpreting A/B tests to evaluate product impact on a large scale.
- Developing scalable data models, pipelines, and interactive dashboards for organization-wide use.
- Collaborating with Product and Engineering teams to promote best practices in experimentation.
- Assessing machine learning models for business relevance, performance, and understanding trade-offs.
We're seeking candidates who have:
- 5+ years of experience in data science or product analytics at scale, ideally in consumer or marketplace settings.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python, along with a solid foundation in statistics and experimental design.
- A strong track record of designing, executing, and analyzing large-scale experiments.
- The ability to analyze and evaluate machine learning models, including classification, recommendation systems, and large language models.
- Exceptional communication skills and a demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams.
