Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive retention and new business
- Conduct policy reviews and provide tailored, consultative recommendations
- Educate clients on insurance products and identify opportunities to expand coverage
- Generate and convert leads through outbound outreach and networking
- Support service needs to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience
- Collaborate with the agency team to achieve sales goals and business growth
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, results-focused approach
- Current P&C and/or Life & Health license-or willingness to obtain (we'll help)

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
