Your responsibilities:
  • Print paperwork / labels, supply raw materials /  remove Finished Goods, complete final product audits, standard comparisons and scanning functions for machines and operators
  • Schedule and organize work following established priorities
  • Escalate non-conformance to standards such as quality issues and/or schedule discrepancies
  • Follow standardized work procedures and maintain proper pace to ensure materials and packaging are where they need to be at the right time and production is not interrupted
  • Maintain an overall understanding of the how the shop floor is operating at all times and work with the shift Supervisor to quickly suggest and make changes when needed
  • Work daily with a can-do, ‘servant’ attitude
  • Communicate professionally with people at all levels of the organization including operators, Supervisors and Plant Leadership
  • Hi-lo driving is required. Experience not required but willingness to learn if needed
