Our Material Handlers are excited and eager to play a vital role in assisting our company in delivering perfect products to our customers. We are looking for someone who has a strong attention to detail and shares in Royal's values. Based out of our Corporate Grove facility in Hudsonville, this position reports directly to the team supervisor and supports 3rd Shift (12am-8am). Job Responsibilities: Warehouse finished goods and raw material Supply manufacturing with raw materials Maintain inventory accuracy Load and unload trucks What You'll BringQualifications: High school diploma (or equivalent) Basic knowledge of computers and warehousing functions Ability to operate a forklift (sit down) Willing and able to work overtime as needed Ability to work 2nd shift: 12am-8am What You'll Get No Sunday work Weekly pay Quarterly bonuses based on profitability Ownership in the company through our ESOP plan (Employee Stock Ownership Plan) Outstanding medical insurance On-site wellness facility available 24 hours a day IND123 ZR
