Marquis Companies is currently hiring a Residential Care Facility Administrator/Resident Services Coordinator to join our team

As the Administrator/Resident Services Coordinator, you will direct the day-to-day functions of the memory care wing attached to our nursing facility in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards guidelines and regulations that govern residential care facilities to ensure that the highest degree of quality care can be provided to our residents at all time.

In this position, you will lead a team of 10+ employees and report to the Licensed Nursing Home Administrator on-site to achieve facility based and company goals.

Qualifications

Qualified candidates will have:
  • An active RCF or ALF Administrator's license for the State of Oregon
  • Experience as a Resident Services Coordinator preferred
  • 2+ years' experience in staffing, resident care coordination or caregiving in a memory care setting
  • Candidates must also have excellent computer skills, the ability to multi-task, a positive attitude and a high level of professionalism.
