Bonus Program: As a Restaurant Manager, you will participate in a bonus program based on restaurant performance, paid out every period.
A typical day as a Restaurant Manager includes:
- Managing profitability by adherence to cash control and security protocols, inventory management, labor oversight, and financial report analysis.
- Recruiting, interviewing, and hiring Team Members, Shift Managers, and Assistant Managers.
- Coaching and training team members to ensure operational excellence and restaurant success.
- Completing inventory counts every other week.
- Maintaining cleanliness in the restaurant and ensuring a friendly atmosphere while providing high-quality products to guests.
What you bring to the table:
- A minimum of 1 year of General Manager experience in food service or retail, with Profit & Loss responsibility, preferably in a quick-service restaurant (QSR).
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week.
- Capability to lift, carry, stack, push, or pull heavy objects. Ability to stand and walk constantly throughout shifts and navigate compact spaces safely while operating restaurant equipment.

Additional Info:
Restaurant Manager employees will receive compensation based on skill and experience. The exact salary will vary based on skills, experience, location, and other factors allowed by law and will be discussed during the hiring process. Expected starting salary ranges for new hires in various areas are as follows:
- Maryland: $53,000 to $58,000
- New York: $55,000 to $60,000
- New York City: $65,000 to $70,000
- Cincinnati, OH: $54,000 to $58,000
