As a Surgical Technologist I - General Specialty, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional patient care. At Aurora St. Luke's Medical Center, located at 2900 W Oklahoma Ave, Milwaukee, WI 53215, we are seeking dedicated individuals to join our innovative healthcare team.

  • Pay Range: $26.10 - $39.15

Sign-On Bonuses:

Eligible for a $10,000 sign-on bonus with distance-based relocation available and an additional $2,000 bonus for evening shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain a safe, clean, and efficient surgical environment.
  • Utilize aseptic techniques to prepare materials, supplies, and equipment for surgeries.
  • Assist in positioning patients and providing necessary support during procedures.
  • Ensure functionality and sterilization of equipment and instruments.
  • Respond effectively to the dynamic needs of the operating room team.

Requirements:

  • Completion of an accredited Surgical Technology program.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within six months of hire.
  • No prior experience necessary, we welcome new graduates

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform multiple physical tasks with precision.
  • Exposed to various operating room hazards, requiring adherence to safety protocols.
