Location: Norwalk, CT

Employment Type: Part Time 7 AM to 3 PM including every other weekend

Salary Range: Competitive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide compassionate care to residents, assisting with bathing, dressing, continence care, dining, and mobility.
  • Engage residents through meaningful conversation and encourage participation in programs and activities.
  • Collaborate effectively with the nursing team to ensure the highest standards of resident care are maintained.
  • Keep resident areas clean, tidy, and safe, contributing to a pleasant living environment.

Qualifications:

  • Must possess a current Connecticut Nurse's Aide Registration.
  • Demonstrated experience and a passion for working with seniors.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Aptitude for building positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
  • Committed to maintaining good physical and emotional health and free of communicable diseases.

Experience: Preferred 1 year working with seniors.

Education: Required: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
