Compensation:

  • Base pay between $26.10 - $39.15 based on skills and experience.

Schedule Details:

This is a full-time evening shift position (8 or 10 hour shifts, Monday to Friday) with required on-call duties, primarily overnight and 1-2 weekends approximately every 8 weeks.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Ensure a clean, safe, and efficient operating environment while applying aseptic techniques.
  • Prepare materials, supplies, and equipment for surgeries, anticipating the needs of the surgical team.
  • Set up and disassemble surgical instruments and equipment post-procedure.
  • Assist the surgical team in maintaining a sterile field at all times.
  • Transport patients and handle equipment with appropriate care.
  • Maintain specialty carts, ensuring equipment is functional and sterile.

Qualifications:

  • Completion of an accredited Surgical Technology program.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 6 months of hire.
  • No prior experience necessary

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to handle a fast-paced, challenging environment.
  • Lift up to 50 lbs, push/pull with 30 lbs of force, and perform manual transfers safely.
  • Must possess functional sight and hearing.
  • Required to wear standard protective gear, including masks and gloves.
