Incentives:

  • $10,000 SIGN-ON Bonus (Eligible with distance-based relocation)
  • $2,000 SIGN-ON Bonus for PM Shifts

Your Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient surgical environment, utilizing aseptic techniques.
  • Prepare materials, supplies, and equipment for surgical procedures, anticipating the needs of the surgical team.
  • Assist with the setup and operation of various types of equipment used in the operating room.
  • Function as a Second Assistant as needed during procedures.
  • Ensure that all supplies and equipment are ready and in working condition for surgeries.
  • Transport patients, equipment, and supplies while ensuring their safety and comfort.
  • Adhere to infection control protocols to maintain a sterile field.

Qualifications:

  • Completion of an accredited Surgical Technology program.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within six months.
  • No prior experience required - we welcome fresh talent
