Our client, a world-renowned cleanroom product manufacturer is seeking a Maintenance Technician Team Lead to join their team. The ideal candidate will be able to comfortably use and train employees in the use hand tools and electronics, have an eye for troubleshooting and be able to perform general repairs.

Job Title: Maintenance Technician Team Lead

Location: Hillsboro, Oregon

Pay Rate: $22/hr. to $24/hr.

What's the Job?

  • Assist executive management with the training, development and supervision of production team

  • Perform manual repairs through troubleshooting of electrical and mechanical components

  • Assist in managing inventory organization through picking, packing orders and receiving/delivery

  • Conduct cycle counts

  • Install equipment as needed

  • Work within tight deadlines to ensure project deliverables are met

What's Needed?

  • Prior people leadership experience in a team lead or supervisory capacity

  • Strong technical sense and ability to apply when performing repairs

  • A resourceful and intuitive mindset used to apply logic to successfully perform job duties

  • Technically savvy with use in a work setting before, examples- SAP or other ERP systems, MS Projects, Teamwork, etc.

  • Offers flexibility to take on additional tasks as needed by team

  • Customer service mindset with a no-job-too-small attitude
