The Receptionist is responsible for greeting and assisting all visitors, answering the switchboard, documenting incoming deliveries, processing incoming and outgoing mail and providing clerical support as requested.
The Receptionist is responsible for:
- Follow the facility guest relations program when greeting and assisting all visitors, ensuring all visitors sign the visitor log and obtain a visitor pass
- Answer and disseminate all incoming calls on the switchboard in a professional and courteous manner within three rings.
- Utilize the paging system to announce callers as required.
- Provide clerical support to admissions by collating admission packet as required.
- Ensure an adequate supply of pre-stuffed admission folders and distribute properly.
- Assist with miscellaneous patient account folders on a daily basis.
- Process all outgoing and incoming mail.
- Provide assistance to patients and employees, such as checking valuables.
- Complete a variety of clerical projects as assigned.
- Education & Licensure: High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
- Experience: Two (2) year's experience on a multi-line telephone switchboard, preferably in a heath care environment and any combination of education, training, or experience in a hospital environment.

Compensation:
This is a full-time role, and the expected compensation range is $16.00-$19.00/hourly. We are eager to engage with all qualified candidates, and consideration will be provided to experience and skill level. Join us as our Receptionist
