Your Role as Human Resources Director

  • Plan, organize, and oversee all aspects of the Human Resources Department to ensure fair treatment of all employees while complying with legal requirements and company policies.
  • Foster an inclusive and productive work environment and culture.
  • Implement programs, policies, and procedures to enrich employee experience.
  • Be a valuable resource for department managers and employees, acting as a liaison between Home Office HR and hospital management.
  • Coordinate staff education, oversee workers' compensation programs, and assist in benefits administration.
  • Direct recruitment and retention initiatives to ensure sufficient staffing resources.
  • Celebrate the accomplishments and successes of our dedicated employees.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Personnel Administration, Business Administration, or a related field is required; relevant work experience may substitute for a four-year degree.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of Human Resources Management experience is preferred, ideally in healthcare.
  • Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification is preferred.
