About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly driven Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and execute large-scale hiring initiatives within a fast-paced, multi-location organization. This role requires a rare blend of strategic leadership and hands-on recruiting excellence. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in complex environments, can manage high-volume pipelines with ease, and is equally comfortable partnering with senior executives as they are handling full-cycle recruitment independently.

You will play a critical role in shaping hiring strategy, improving recruitment processes, building strong partnerships with business leaders, and delivering exceptional hiring outcomes. This is a high-visibility position that demands proactive communication, strong organization, and the ability to operate with minimal oversight while still driving measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Talent Acquisition Leadership
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies for high-volume and niche hiring needs across multiple locations.
  • Lead intake sessions with hiring managers to define requirements, competencies, and selection criteria.
  • Partner closely with senior leadership to align hiring priorities and workforce planning.
  • Build, refine, and maintain dashboards, metrics, and reporting tools to track hiring performance and forecast talent needs.
Hands-On Full-Cycle Recruitment
  • Independently manage large requisition loads and full-cycle recruiting when business demand requires.
  • Source, screen, and evaluate candidates across corporate, operational, and technical talent pools.
  • Drive selection processes, interview calibration, candidate communication, and offer negotiation.
  • Maintain a high offer-acceptance rate through strong relationship-building and expectation management.
Process Optimization & Training
  • Lead continuous improvement efforts across TA workflows, reducing bottlenecks and improving time-to-offer.
  • Develop and facilitate interviewer training programs to strengthen hiring decision quality.
  • Implement and optimize scalable hiring processes to support both rapid expansion and long-term growth.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with HR, business leaders, and hiring teams to ensure seamless onboarding transitions.
  • Represent Talent Acquisition in strategic discussions, providing market insights and workforce recommendations.
  • Serve as a trusted TA advisor who balances business needs with candidate experience and quality of hire.
Qualifications
  • Significant experience leading full-cycle talent acquisition in high-volume, fast-paced environments.
  • Proven track record of filling a high volume of roles quickly and efficiently while maintaining strong candidate experience.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on recruiting execution.
  • Experience building and mentoring TA teams, creating hiring dashboards, and driving process improvements.
  • Highly skilled in applicant management systems, sourcing tools, and recruitment technology.
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and project leadership abilities.
  • Demonstrated capability to operate independently, manage competing deadlines, and deliver results with minimal oversight.
