First Fitness Management (FFM), a fitness industry leader in the creation of fitness and wellness solutions for corporations and institutions, is looking for reliable and enthusiastic customer service-oriented Fitness Center Front Desk Attendants to work the front desk and monitor the fitness center a variety of hours Monday-Friday at a private corporate fitness club in Boston.

As a Fitness Center Front Desk Attendant:
  • Greet members with a smile and positive attitude
  • Efficiently check in and handle routine member service tasks using the club systems
  • Navigate basic questions about the fitness center
  • Provide a clean and organized front desk
  • Provide high levels of customer service and attentiveness to member needs
  • Be responsive to member feedback and complaints and escalating issues to club management team as necessary
Who we are looking for:
  • Availability to cover 4hr or 8hr, weekday shifts between the hours of 6AM and 8PM.
  • Experience working with computer systems and navigating through work screens
  • Physical demands include ability to walk through all areas of clubs, climbing stairs (where applicable), standing behind the front desk, and bending and lifting (e.g., picking up towels, re-stacking of weights, moving of equipment as necessary).
  • AED/CPR Certification REQUIRED

Compensation: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
