About Our Client

Our client is a well-established company in the business services sector, specializing in the construction Healthcare, K-12 ,retail, office and hospitality industry. As a medium-sized organization, they are committed to delivering excellence in every project.

Job Description
  • Oversee daily operations on healthcare construction sites to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to maintain project timelines and quality standards.
  • Monitor site safety and ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols.
  • Review and interpret project plans, specifications, and schedules to guide construction activities.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to project requirements and standards.
  • Manage and resolve any issues that arise during the construction process.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, schedules, and updates.
  • Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and team members to ensure smooth project execution.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Superintendent should have:
  • Strong knowledge and experience in healthcare construction projects.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and manage construction schedules.
  • Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents.
  • A proactive approach to managing challenges and risks on site.
