At The Ruvalcaba Insurance & Financial Services Agency, we're looking for someone with a big smile and a helping hand to be the friendly face of our agency. If you enjoy connecting with people, keeping things running smoothly, and want to be part of a team that truly cares, this could be the perfect fit

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • A friendly, upbeat attitude and great communication skills
  • Someone who's organized, reliable, and loves helping others
  • Ability to multitask and keep things running smoothly
  • Previous customer service or receptionist experience is a plus but not required - we'll train you
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
