*The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

In addition to the hourly wage, you’ll have the opportunity to earn performance-based incentives and additional premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on various factors such as schedule, location, and specific tasks. Multiple premiums may apply.

Job Overview:

As a Cashier Team Member, you will be the friendly face of Walmart, assisting customers during their visit. Your responsibilities will include operating cash registers, processing payments, and ensuring a positive shopping experience by greeting and thanking customers. This role requires being on your feet for extended periods, but your upbeat attitude and customer service skills will shine.
