Job Summary:
Tryfacta is seeking a Computer Support Specialists for our client in NY, 12206. This is a temporary contract assignment. If you meet the qualifications listed below and are interested, please Apply Now

Position Title: Computer Support Specialists
Location: Albany, NY 12206
Duration: 2 Years
Work Schedule: M-F: 9am - 5pm

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:
ssist with the program functions including:
  • providing analysis of dat
  • create and maintain data dictionaries
  • run and maintain data pipeline processes
  • map existing databases and perform routine database maintenance as specifically directed
  • provide various aspects of general computer support,
  • provide training and support for Department of Health staff, providers and consumers
  • Candidates should be dependable, detail-oriented, and highly motivated individuals able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume office environment.
  • The successful candidate should be willing and able to multitask and move from assignment to assignment as deadlines and priorities change.
  • Knowledge of complex databases and how to learn new processes quickly and efficiently is a must.
  • Must have good interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with both internal and external consumers.

To be considered for this position, you should have:
Minimum Qualifications :
  • high school diploma (or equivalent),
  • two-year minimum experience working in a professional IT based setting,
  • excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office (specifically Excel, Sharepoint and Access),
  • the ability to enter data into, and extract data from, electronic databases,
  • the ability to work independently and on a team with different personalities,
  • the ability to handle multiple, shifting priorities,
  • good interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with internal and external entities
Preferred Qualifications:
  • certification in Microsoft Office products
  • experience creating and maintaining databases and mapping existing databases
  • experience in SQL, Python, R or Tableau
