At Imagen, we’re on a mission to revolutionize healthcare by ensuring that every patient receives the right diagnosis at the right time. Our innovative approach integrates cutting-edge AI technology directly into primary care provider (PCP) offices, giving clinics the tools and expertise they need to improve patient outcomes.

Our platform includes six FDA-cleared AI devices that can automatically detect over 120 pathologies, empowering our customers to achieve healthcare's quadruple aim: enhancing quality, reducing costs, and improving the experiences of both patients and providers. We're on a rapid growth trajectory, expanding from 16 states and 500,000 patients in 2023 to over 1.5 million patients across more than 20 states in 2024, and aiming for 5 million patients annually by 2026.

Your Role:

  • Lead the technical roadmap for systems that enhance patient outcomes and optimize our critical business operations. Play a pivotal role in shaping how technology can positively impact lives and drive our success.
  • Champion a culture of architectural excellence, security, and development practices. Ensure our systems are secure, compliant, and leverage the latest in technology.
  • Collaborate with the team to refine system and architecture designs. Make strategic decisions that balance quality with our operational goals.
  • Build self-service automation tools to streamline recurring tasks, allowing teams to focus on high-impact projects and increase overall efficiency.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A mission-driven individual passionate about making a difference in healthcare.
  • 4+ years of software development experience, with a focus on full-stack engineering.
  • Strong proficiency in key programming languages, particularly JavaScript (React) and Python.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools and automation best practices.
  • Familiarity with modern developer productivity tools, including AI coding aides.
  • Experience with Cloud environments (preferably AWS) and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
  • Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively, both verbally and in writing.
  • A BS in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Join Us in Making a Difference
Imagen Technologies is proud to maintain a remote-first work culture. The base salary for this position ranges between $145,000 - $170,000, complemented by equity and benefits. Note that this range serves as a guideline, and total compensation may vary based on qualifications and skills.
