The Role

As a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer at Monad Foundation, you will play a pivotal role in creating software that drives the adoption of our innovative blockchain. You will design and develop high-quality web applications that integrate with web3 technologies while collaborating with both internal and external partners. Our ideal candidate has a robust background in full stack development within the web3 ecosystem, capable of building both the frontend and smart contracts.

What You Will Do

  • Design and develop efficient applications that facilitate blockchain interactions and manage blockchain data, contributing to both frontend and backend solutions.
  • Create dashboards that reflect network activity and showcase popular applications.
  • Develop SDKs to simplify interactions for developers working with the blockchain.
  • Build user-friendly interfaces that enable new users to easily onboard to Monad.

Who You Are

  • You have at least 6 years of experience as a full stack engineer.
  • You possess 3 years of experience working in a web3 environment.
  • You are proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript, as well as React/Next.js or similar frameworks such as Svelte/SvelteKit.
  • You understand wallet connectors, indexers, and the Ethereum transaction lifecycle, alongside relevant Web3 APIs (e.g., web3.js).
  • You have experience with both relational and non-relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
  • You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with design and development teams to enhance user and developer experiences.
  • You exhibit strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative approach.
