Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Customer Service Agent to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing them with top-notch support and solutions to their inquiries. You will facilitate various communications channels, including phone, email, and live chat, ensuring a positive experience for every customer

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is an advantage.
  • Proven experience in customer service or a similar role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service software.
